Crispy and dry on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. There is no doubt that high quality Beef Dripping adds that unique flavour, which your customers will want to come back to, time and time again.
In order to produce the best quality Beef Dripping it is critical that the raw material is sourced from within a four-hour radius of our processing plant. DFP only use locally sourced material in the manufacture of all our Dripping products to ensure the highest quality and longest frying life.

Pure Gold
Pure Gold is a yellow Beef Dripping specifically processed to reduce any beefy odours while still creating superb taste and turning your fried foods golden brown. Pure Gold is 100% natural with no additives or preservatives and is a non-hydrogenated product.

Pure Silver is the finest white Beef Dripping processed to provide high quality, odour-free frying. Pure Silver contains a natural antioxidant which provides extra-long frying life.

NUA is a refined and deodorised white Beef Dripping. NUA contains a natural antioxidant which provides an exceptional fry life.

FRY-RITE
FRY-RITE is a traditional yellow Beef Dripping manufactured to retain great flavour and will provide long, trouble free frying while achieving a crisp batter and golden chips. FRY-RITE is a Premier Jus, the highest grade of Beef Dripping available. It is 100% natural with no additives or preservatives and is a non-hydrogenated product.
